To develop the Oil & Gas business within the MENA region, a new role of Regional Oil & Gas Key Account Development has been created within the Portable Energy Division within Atlas Copco Services Middle East.
The position will require coverage of a territory covering 15 countries in the Middle East and North African region, being based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As the Russian Service Center will become a distribution center serving all four business areas in Russia (CR, CT, IT and MR) including multi-brand business, we are now looking for a motivated individual to take up the business control function in the newly created common logistics organization for ZAO Atlas Copco Russia.

In this function you will contribute to the further improvement of the performance of the company by supporting and advising the Logistics Manager. You will ensure that the logistic process is supported with state of the art business control, high quality analyses and management reports with accurate business and financial information. You will provide early warning signals, evaluate trends, analyze deviations and develop and evaluate actions to support further development of efficient logistics in Russia.

You will lead the Russian Service Center reporting and consolidation process. You will be responsible for finance, administration, control and reporting of the logistics organization and you develop and maintain an appropriate internal cost allocation structure. You will also perform ad-hoc analyses of different levels of the organization's activities with the aim of developing and implementing measures for improved results.

In this function you will:
-work in a pro-active way to set targets and monitor logistic performance in the Russian Service Center
-provide business control competence and tools in logistic projects (inventory management, reduction of costs for scrapping, obsolescence and returns, total transport costs, logistic administration costs etc)

This function will report to the Logistics Manager of the Russian Service Center.
